Party room rules

  1. Booking hours. Bookings may last a maximum of 3 hours between 11:00 and 23:00. Longer bookings require the council’s explicit approval.
  2. Quiet hours. No noise is permitted after 23:00, as Block A is located directly above the party room. We kindly ask everyone to respect the quiet hours.
  3. Fee and deposit. The booking fee is 25 DKK. For events with more than 8 guests, a deposit of 150 DKK is required. The deposit is returned if the room is found clean after the event.
  4. Fines. A fine of 200–1,500 DKK may be charged for failure to clean up after the event, for damage to the room or its equipment, or for noise complaints after 23:00. The amount depends on the extent of the damage or cleaning required.
  5. Photographs. Photographs of the kitchen and the room must be provided before and after the event.
  6. Informal use. Two to three residents may use the facilities without a booking. If more people are present, the party room must be booked.
  7. Chip access. Entry is by personal chip, and the scanner registers each chip. If the party room is used without a booking, misused, or not left clean, the chip holder will be contacted and appropriate measures will be taken. The party room may then be closed and access controlled for future events. Please respect the space.
